I found your reports on District Health Board Financial Performance are very useful and interesting. Could you please kindly provide the relevant data sources used in your reports from 2013 to 2017 such as:

1. The Schedules (7 schedules) at 30 June 2015.
2. The FTE number at each DHB from 2013 to 2017.

It would be great if the data provided in excel of word format.
