Dear Housing New Zealand Corporation,
This is an OIA request to HLC.
HLC is in negotiations with Auckland Council over the future of Bomb Point. HLC has publicly stated that their preferred outcome is for Auckland Council to purchase the entire reserve. My request is this:
Please supply me with records (emails, meeting notes, reports etc) of any discussions or planning or scoping of options HLC has had regarding what HLC will do if Auckland Council does not purchase the entire site known as Bomb Point. Please include in this request records relating to what HLC will do with regard to public relations and communications with developers, as well as plans for the actual land itself.

Dear Ms Molineaux
Thank you for your request, received 11 October 2018, for the following
information.
Please supply me with records (emails, meeting notes, reports etc) of any
discussions or planning or scoping of options HLC has had regarding what
HLC will do if Auckland Council does not purchase the entire site known as
Bomb Point. Please include in this request records relating to what HLC
will do with regard to public relations and communications with
developers, as well as plans for the actual land itself.’
Your request is being processed under the Official Information Act (1982).
We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 9 November 2018, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received by Housing New Zealand in accordance with
section 15(1) of the Act.
If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of
an extension of that timeframe.
We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.
