Dear Housing New Zealand Corporation,

I am requesting information on how many requests for maintenance have been logged for HNZ properties in the Puketapapa Local Board area of Auckland Council, and a description of how each individual request for maintenance has been resolved.

E.g. the data might look like:
12th April 2013 - Request for replacement clothes-line on Morrie Laing Ave - resolved by installing new clothes-line in May 2013.

I would like this information for the period from 1st January 2012 to 30th April 2013.
