I refer to your Official Information Request of 17 October2018 for copies
of forms and documentation in relation to various aspects of the
recruitment process.

The purpose of this email is to notify you that Policerequires an
extension of time to respond to your request, pursuant to section 15A(1)
of the Official Information Act 1982, because the request necessitates
consultations such that a proper response to the request cannot reasonably
be made within the original time limit.

Police require until 13 December 2018 to provide asubstantive response to
your request.

You have the right to seek a review of this extension withthe Office of
the Ombudsman.
