Criminal Actions.

Dear David Clark,

 

Unfortunately some New Zealanders suffer PTSD from various happenings in
life.  Many who have suffered sexual rape as a child have suffered serious
PTSD complications.

 

As one of those victims AND our with appalling mental health statistics in
NewZealand I feel it both prudent and urgent that you are advised of the
damage being done to people like me and others suffering such PTSD
symptoms.

 

This is due the fact that sexual rape PTSD triggers often include
lfeelings of being overpowered, feeling unbale to end unwanted actions
upon ones self / loss of self determination.

 

Brendon Boyle CEO MSD has been ordered by Social Security Appeal Authority
to cease using false names on documents ( category four criminal offence
re Crimes Act 1961) yet he refuses and continues employing serious
criminal actions.  The use of continued criminal actions is not rectified
by State Services as is their job.  Instead State Services claim that
because Boyle appelas to a higher Court he is allowed to continue these
criminal acts.

 

( Brendon Boyle CEO MSD is having staff use serious criminal actions when
dealing with clients by  signing false names on documents = forgery
according to Crimes Act 1961 - MSD admits these actions at Social Security
Appeal enquiry, is ordered to desist by Social Security Appeal Authority
yet continues these same criminal illegal actions whilst appealing to the
High Court )

 

2. What legal authority is used by MSD to permit CONTINUED / CONTINUING
USE OF criminal actions whilst appealing to a higher Court? ( We do not
allow sex offenders to continue ruled criminal actions while they appeal
to a higher Court yet apparently MSD has such legal right...please inform
me what legal avenue allows continued criminal actions.)

 

Minister Clarke, it is this severe not legal continuance that is making
some people feel seriously devalued, as if not even a citizen, not
protected by our own law, bullied in an illegal manner, made to feel
worthless, no right of defence against a unilateral allegation leading to
this bullying and illegal actions, a breach of Bill of Rights Act s9 not
to be treated disporportionately severely yet this unilateral allegation
with no right of defence certainly meets section 9 Bill of Rights.

 

Two questions as above ..are you aware of the results of these unilateral
applied illegal actions and what legal authority is used permit continued
admitted ruled illegal actions while an appeal to a higher Courtis
awaited?  As above sex offenders may not continue their crimes while
appealing so why is MSD so permittedand while that causesmental distress
and harm to New Zealandersin the manner stated.

 

We cannot be serious about mental health issues while we permit crimes as
a way to treat people.....
