Thank you for resending the request through. I have asked our IT team to investigate what has happened to the original request you posted onto the FYI.org.nz website as it has certainly not come through to us on that date for some unknown reason at this point.

We will let you know the outcome as soon as we can. In the meantime I will consult with my colleague Sarah Lloyd (Senior Advisor in Corporate Planning and Reporting) on Monday about processing this as a new request. We will of course endeavour to get our response to you sooner than the statutory period of 20 working days.

Our IT team have investigated and we can confirm that we did not receive the email request notification of 7 September 2018. The spam filters have also been checked and we can confirm that the email notification was not filtered by Kāpiti Coast District Council.

and received by Kāpiti Coast District Council on 12 October 2018 via the
FYI website.  This response is being made under the provisions of the
Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA).

 

As required by LGOIMA  I am transferring your request to the Office of
Treaty Settlements (Ministry of Justice) under section 12(b)(ii) of the
Act, as I believe the information you have requested is more closely
connected with the functions of this Office.  You will hear further from
the Ministry of Justice concerning your request.
