Dear Earthquake Commission,
I would like the Original scope of works on this property, This property was sold "as is where is" multiple times and now an engineer has created his own scope of works and the house has been completed to his standard. But insurance companies are asking for the original scope of works. I'm a potential buyer of this property and this is very frustrating.
Is there any chance this can be fast tracked as the Auction is on the 20th of Sept?
