Could you please provide the information that was gathered, including internal documents to support ACC's asignment of ANZSCO Skill Levels.

Thanks Mary,
My case is sbout to go to district court and part of that case relates to the skill level that was given to the ACC job title.
Its going to to interesting when i present your Offical Letter saying you dont have the documents relating to how or who was consulted in respect to the documents that exist on ACC’s web page.
It these documents do exist and are presented during court proceedings, then this will put you respnse in this situation as questionable.
The documents are used in all IOA assessments and the public have a right to know that they were not created by an ACC employee.
