My request relates to information about MBIE motor vehicle speeding and
accidents.

 

For the last 5 financial years, please provide the following information:

* How many speeding infringements have MBIE vehicles been issued?

* How many accidents have MBIE vehicles been involved in?

* In how many accidents were MBIE vehicles found to be at fault?

* In how many accidents was excessive speed of the MBIE vehicle found to
be a factor in the accident?

* For accidents and speeding infringements in which MBIE vehicles were
found to be liable, what was the total cost to MBIE for insurance excess,
to repair the vehicles and/or pay the speeding infringements?
