Please also provide all internal and external emails sent by Alan Hogg containing the word transformation during June 2018.
Please also disclose where the 5 hubs are proposed to be located in the restructure. Please also disclose if the closing of any branches has been discussed at all. If so which branches.

Thank you for your request of 28 July 2018 in which you asked ACC to
provide under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):

“Please provide all documents presented to the board in June regarding the
current restructure at acc. 

Please also provide all internal and external emails sent by Alan Hogg
