Dear Ms MacPherson

Our response has been sent to your personal email address.

This decision is made based on the following:

Section 16(2)(c) of the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), allows an
organisation to make information available in a way other than the
preferred method of the requestor if it would prejudice an interest in
sections 6, 7 or 9.

The information you have requested contains personal information about a
third party. ACC’s view is that releasing the information on the FYI
website would prejudice those third party privacy interests.

Yours sincerely

Dear Government Services,

By not responding ACC are being prejudicial in the interests of my client - they have a right to know about the "professional" people that are dealing with their lives

Yours sincerely,
