Dear Auckland Transport,
I`m writing to ask for the CCTV footage in Victoria Street Car Park, Level 7 booth 13-12 between 2:26 pm and 3:25 pm on 17 July 2018.
A red Nissan March (LDY562) parked at booth 13 had been hit by a car that parked at booth 12 between 2:26 pm and 3:25 pm. The driver ran away without leaving any information.
I would like to find out the plate number of the car which had hit the Nissan March.

Dear Yuanyuan,
Thank you for your CCTV footage request relating to a hit and run incident
involving your vehicle, at the Victoria Street car park on 17 July 2018.
The Auckland Transport Operations Centre (‘ATOC’) has reviewed our cameras
and advised we do not hold any footage relevant to your request.
Unfortunately the camera was not facing the direction your vehicle had
parked and thus did not pick up anything. Your request is therefore
refused under section 17(e) of the Local Government Official Information
and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as the footage requested does not exist.
Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your
request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA
to make a complaint to the [1]Office of the Ombudsman to seek an
investigation and review of the decision.

We apologise for our email sent on 23 July 2018,The Auckland Transport
Operations Centre have downloaded the camera footage taken in Victoria
Street Car Park, Level 7 booth 13-12 between 2:26 pm and 3:25 pm on 17
July 2018.
Whilst we cannot guarantee the footage contains the information you seek
relating to the number plate of the car, it has nonetheless been saved.
However, Auckland Transport does not supply CCTV footage directly to
members of the public due to reasons of privacy.
Available footage of a specific incident or alleged crime will only be
released to the New Zealand Police, upon receipt of a request from them.
Please advise the New Zealand Police about the available footage relating
to reference number (CAS-814131-K8N0J7)and to contact us directly to
arrange pick-up of the relevant footage.
Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your

Dear Auckland Transport.
On the 10/05/2020 between 5:10-5:30 an expensive bag with a phone in it was stolen. Would you have footage of this event?
It took place in Victoria Park next too the 8 stair and grind on facing the cricket pitch.
