Minister Jones has no Ministerial responsibility for the issue of trout
farming. Your request is therefore rejected under section 18(e) of the
Official Information Act 1982, “that the document alleged to contain the
information requested does not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to
locate it, cannot be found”.
You have the right to appeal this decision to the Ombudsman.
