Dear Earthquake Commission,
I would like to request copies of all communications of Board discussion, Executive discussion, or any other person or agency that may have communicated with EQC regarding the terms of immunity provided to the members of the EAG.

To be clear this includes any emails, notes of phone calls, minutes of meetings ( informal or not) which discussed the terms of immunity provided to the EAG prior to its establishment.
