On behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment I
acknowledge your request of 14/07/2018 requesting under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:

 

I would like to request copies of all communications of Board discussion,
Executive discussion, or any other person or agency that may have
communicated with EQC regarding the terms of immunity provided to the
members of the EAG.

To be clear this includes any emails, notes of phone calls, minutes of
meetings ( informal or not) which discussed the terms of immunity provided
to the EAG prior to its establishment.

 

Your request has been transferred to the Ministry from the Earthquake
Commission on 20/07/2018 and is being processed in accordance with the
