-All correspondence between Internal Affairs and Thames/Hauraki Health and
Disability Centre, including findings from any investigations by Internal
Affairs, 31st March 2016 to 31st March 2017.
-All other Internal Affairs records pertaining to the Resource Centre,
31st March 2016 to 31st March 2017.
-Full set of annual accounts from 31st March 2016 to 31st March 2017 -Bank
statements from all five accounts from 30th June 2016 to 31st March 2017.

I refer to your request for information about the Thames Hauraki
Disability Resource Centre.  Your request stated:

Is there information available between Harkness Henry Laywers, Warwick
Macale and the Thames Hauraki Health and Disability Center.

This request does not have the due particularity required for the
Department to provide an answer.  The Department holds information that
relates to the grant funding and audit of the organisation, the documents
you are seeking may or may not exist and may or may not have been provided
to the Department as part of this.   The Department does hold a volume of
information about the Centre and as per your previous request response
there is a document list (attached) which states all the documents held
about this organisation.  You may wish to review this list and request
documents should any be of interest to you.  Or if you wish to provide
more detail or context (particularity) to your original request, for
example what type of information you seek (emails, letters, reports), what
date these were provided to the Department and who they were from then we
may be able to search the database for this.

working away from my desk until Friday.
