Can you please confirm the number of times, by phone, email, or in writing that MBIE or its staff members have advised that the guidance document, Repair and Rebuilding houses affected by the Canterbury earthquakes (“the Guidelines”) did not refer to buildings not built to NZS3604:2011 or its predecessor standard ?
