I received notification that you had sent your Official Information Act
request regarding Thompson and Clark Private Investigations to the West
Coast DHB to action on 5/7/2018 (see attached) – however I don’t have the
original request so I don’t have the correct fyi-request email address to
respond to you.
Can you send me the FYI-request email address for West Coast DHB to me
please – if I send your response to the Canterbury one I am using above it
won’t register on the FYI.org website as having been answered.
