Please provide the following information for applicants to the Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) program at UoA (University of Auckland( for the last Six (6) years (20013-18) entry under the Official Information Act.

General Category
(1) Number of General seats available each year
(2) Number of General seats filled each year (how many FY and how many graduates)
(3) Number of General applicants (how many FY and how many graduates),
(4) Lowest GPA for successful General applicants (for both FY and graduate),
(5) Lower Quartile GPA for successful General applicants (for both FY and graduate),

GPA in this case refers to the "Core" Grade Point Average which is used in the calculation of entrance to MBChB.

FY refers to first year applicants who study "BSc Biomedical Science" or "BHSc Health Science" the preceeding year.

With regards to the manner in which the information is released I request that any data to be presented in a spreadsheet format, such as CSV or XLSX, is preferable for tabular data. I also request that documents be uploaded online to fyi.org.nz website in response to my request rather than sent privately.

Correction on the previous request due to a typo.

I stated:
"Please provide the following information for applicants to the Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) program at UoA (University of Auckland) for the last Six (6) years (20013-18) entry under the Official Information Act"

Incorrectly typing in the year. 200013-18, this is meant to be 2013-18

The corrected paragraph should be:

There is no fixed number of general places available each year.

2013 – 161 (FY 117 Grad 44); 2014 – 142 (FY 111 Grad 31); 2015 – 174 (FY
120 Grad 54); 2016  - 153 (FY 119 Grad 34); 2017 – 156 (FY 121 Grad 37);
2018 – 145 (FY 100 Grad 45).
