B4. If no formal decision has been made are they still expected to go forward?

Dear Daniel,

 

I refer to your request of 27 March 2023. The information requested in
Part A is attached, subject to the following:

 

o Your request for quartile statistics is refused under section 18(g) of
the OIA, as they are not held by the University.
o Some personal information relating to small groups of individuals has
been redacted under section 9(2)(a) of the OIA, to protect the privacy
of the persons to whom it relates.

No decision has been made by the University’s Council on these points.
