Community Roadwatch submissions
Cody C made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police
The request was successful.
From: Cody C
Dear New Zealand Police,
Why do Police refuse to look at video or photo evidence provided as part of a Community Roadwatch submission?
Also, why do Police state "If you wish the incident to be investigated with a view to charges being laid in Court, you must lodge a formal complaint with your nearest police station."?
Yours faithfully,
Cody C
