Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) Request

I refer to your requests made via FYI on 19 April 2018 in which you again
requested information from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) relating to
a work sheets/time charged for an invoice to Westland Air Charter.

The CAA has previously provided all available information to Westland Air
Charter and noted that no further or more specific information exists. To
the extent that information does not exist the CAA is refusing your
request in accordance with section 18(g) of the Act.

 

Please find attached copies of information previously provided to Westland
Air Charter.

You have the right to make a complaint to the Ombudsman to seek an
