ARCP Asbestos Removal control plan

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Otamatea High School should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Belinda

 

I acknowledge your email to the school through the Official Information
Act website requesting copies of Asbestos Removal Control Plans for all
asbestos removals at Otamatea High School. 

 

All documentation related to asbestos removals which have taken place at
the school, including the Asbestos Removal Control Plans, will be made
available for you to view at our scheduled meeting on Wednesday 2^nd May
2018.   This is in line with an oral briefing as outlined in section 16 of
the Official Information Act.

Kia ora Belinda,
The Asbestos Removal Control Plans were made available for you to view at
the mediation that was held by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and
Employment offices in Whangarei on Wednesday 2nd May at 1:30pm.  This was
what was communicated to you through e mail before the mediation and the
copies were given to the mediator to show you.

The ARCP's that you say were given on 2nd May 2018 held no information for asbestos removal control plans. This is a very detailed document and no information was filled out for the asbestos removals at Otamatea High school. You may wish to check the documents and allow for a copy to be sighted
