Directive on 1080

Graham Carter made this Official Information request to Department of Conservation

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Department of Conservation should have responded by now (details and exceptions). You can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Graham Carter

Dear Department of Conservation,

What correspondence, communication or directive has the CEO of DoC Lou Sanson or his staff had to Fish and Game National Council and/or Fish and Game CEO not to discuss, or state an opinion on 1080 poison?

Yours faithfully,

Graham Carter

Dear Graham - An identical OIA request was lodged by you last Friday 13 April.
We will therefore consider that you mistakenly lodged the same request today, and will process only your first request as agreed in the acknowledgement sent to you on 13 April.

Kia ora - Graham - I tried to recall my earlier email to you once I realised that your two questions under the OIA are slightly different.
So, on behalf of the Director-General of the Department of Conservation, I confirm receipt of your request for official information. Your request has been forwarded to the relevant business group for processing. You will receive a reply in accordance with the requirements of the Official Information Act 1982.
Yours sincerely
