I'm needing footage from 4/10/2018 12:00am to 8:00am someone has picked up my eftpos and withdrawled my money i wish to know who's responsible as anyone would.

You are asking the Council for footage. Footage of what and where? If someone has fraudulently used your bank card to withdraw money from an ATM you would be far better off reporting this to your bank. The ATMs often have cameras in them. But the first thing they are going to ask you is how the finder of your card knew your PIN.

Further to your information request of 10 April 2018 in respect of CCTV
footage for the night of 4 April 2018.

 

CCTV footage cannot be provided to individuals due to privacy
constraints.  However once an incident has been reported to the Police,
Hamilton City Council can provide footage if available, to the Police. 
You can have the Police contact us directly regarding this matter via this
mailbox.
