From: Herve Thevenon

Dear Andrew Barrowclough,

To my knowledge the response provided is inaccurate for point 4.

However evidence is difficult to establish because no response has been provided by MPI to the question "Please let us have the document that describes all the features that you intend to get from a verification and enforcement online system." submitted 21 March 2018.
The Food News newsletter is insufficient in this regard.

Yours sincerely,
Herve Thevenon
