According to OIA response 18-E-0094 13 March 2018, the quantity of 1080 poison baits loaded in the car park at 20 Joan Gaskell Drive, Whitianga between 7-10 pm on 17 October 2017 was 22,800 kg. Please advise,

1. Who was contracted for security purposes: e.g. was it R S P Lane or was it VIP Security Consultants Ltd?

2. Who was the employer of the security personnel: eg. was it DoC Hauraki?

3. In what capacity was R S P Lane or VIP Security Consultants Ltd contracted by DoC: eg. security guard.

4. Who was responsible for the actions of R S P Lane or VIP Security Consultants Ltd on 17 October between 7-10 pm: eg. was it Steven Bolton, ranger for the Papakai operation?

5. Was R S P Lane or VIP Security Consultants Ltd an agent of the Crown on 17 October between 7-10 pm ?
