Subject: Official Information request - Specific information regarding an
invoice for $11,000

 

Dear Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand,I will need more specific
times charged to Westland Air Charter from Mr Gary Leach, Mr Shaun
Johnson, Mr Warren Hatfield, Mr Brendan Odell.Stating the amount of hours
will not suffice .I request you release copies of the worksheets and their
specific times .If you worked for 8 hours on a particular day, what duties
did you perform.Most companies would have a diary, a record of the events
, so there is accountability, until this is furnished , no invoices will
be finalised .We may need to refer this to the Ombudsman .
