Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
I would like to make an OIA request in regards with a recent article published by RNZ.
As per the article published on 09/01/2018:

Immigration New Zealand's area manager Marcelle Foley said on Public Platform:
"She said INZ was in the process of reassessing the applications and was reviewing the assessment guidelines for ICT jobs to ensure they reflected the tribunal's directives."
Again the recent article published on 14/02/18:

Immigration New Zealand's area manager Marcelle Foley said on Public Platform:
"Immigration New Zealand area manager Marcelle Foley said cases referred back by the Immigration and Protection Tribunal were prioritised, but it was not possible to say when decisions would be made.
Immigration New Zealand had completed its review of the applications and was now reassessing them, she said."
So , it appears the "Review of the Guidelines for ICT Roles" have been completed and the INZ was reassessing the applications.
Can I please request the "Review of Guidelines/Internal Advise" reports or the base of this statement which INZ have stated?
I do understand that the OIA request can't be published if it discloses any clause that reveals an individual's identity.
However I have clearly specified here , asking for a "Specific Guidelines Report/Internal Advise report" on which INZ claims to be making reassessments.
