I would like to request MBIE under the OIA request regarding.
1.Number of SMC visa sent back to INZ for a reassessment by IPT on the grounds of incorrect assessment by INZ and declining the visa:
2.Number of SMC visas got approved after reassessing those applications:
3.Number of SMC resident visas got declined after reassessing those applications:
All of these applications being considered between July 2016 till date only for ANZSCO code 313112 ICT Customer support officer.

On behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment I

All of these applications being considered between July 2016 till date
only for ANZSCO code 313112 ICT Customer support officer.
Please note that the days from 27 December 2017 to 15 January 2018
(inclusive) are defined as non- working days in the Act and are not
counted in the calculation for the response due date. This will affect the
time period for responding to your request.
