Thank you for your previous response - it has helped raise the hopes and
expectations of many in our transgender and intersex communities.

 

Our community groups are currently researching the costs of clearing the
entire current waiting list for gender surgeries.

 

I expect that you have undertaken some financial analysis in relation to
your newly appointed surgeon.

 

Any readily available papers or spreadsheets analyzing the true total
costs of providing these surgeries would be extremely helpful to our
research.

 

Please provide whatever information you can quickly collate, as time is of
the essence, given where we are in the planning cycle for Budget 2018/19.
