I am following up the clarification email that was sent to you on 21
December as we have not had a response.

Part of your request asks for the number reports by Dr Meads that were
‘peer reviewed and declined’.
It is not the case that ACC makes decisions on assessments by providers,

I respectfully disagree with you as I have three assessment reports prepared by Dr Meads in which he assesses an impairment percentage and ACC have declined to allow his percentage calculations
I am seeking clarification into the number of whole person impairment assessments carried out by Dr Meads which have subsequently been peer reviewed and disagreed with
