Dear New Zealand Police,
I have not received a reply to my OIA request. The latest lawful date to reply was 14/02/2018.
I'm sure this was a mere oversight as we well know how the Police dislike lawbreaking.
Please correct this.
Yours faithfully,
Lou Girardin

Dear New Zealand Police,
I'm surprised this request has taken 20 working days to be referred elsewhere. It is a simple matter of current Police equipment in use or under trial. None of it is a national security matter, and similar requests have been made, and answered, in 2013 and 2015.
NZ Police wouldn't be deliberately delaying this as a matter of principle, would they?
Yours faithfully,
Lou Girardin

Dear TALAGI, Salote,
I'm sorry that is not correct, you do not have another 20 working days if the Police have handled the original request incorrectly as you stated.
This request is now well in excess of the legal requirement.
Please expedite.
Yours sincerely,
Lou Girardin
