Dear Auckland District Health Board,

I note that there has been a change in Staff uniform recently. I was told that this can only have come at a very high cost to the organisation.

In relation to this, I have three questions:
1. What was the cost of this change in uniforms?
2. What was the reason for this change?
3. Does Auckland District Health Board have a budget surplus, or was the cost covered by further deficit spending?
