Could you please provide me with the data regarding rental housing income? Specifically, please release data about total rental profits, total rental losses and total net rental from the earliest year that has available data to the year of 2017 by territorial authorities (preferred) or regional councils.

For instance, as there are 67 territorial authorities in New Zealand, could you please provide me with data regarding total rental profits, total rental losses and total net rental for each one of the 67 territorial authorities from the earliest year that has available data to the year of 2017 if this is possible?

Please refer to the Figure 7 on page 25 of the document named A Tax System for New Zealand’s Future from the following link. The Figure 7 is very similar to what I would like to request.

Instead of requesting 67 figures showing total rental profits, total rental losses and total net rental for 67 territorial authorities, I would like to receive 67 numerical data sets showing total rental profits, total rental losses and total net rental for 67 territorial authorities. If the numerical data are not available, please send me 67 figures. If the data broken down by 67 territorial authorities are not available, the data for each one of 13 regional councils are another option.

In terms of the format of the data I request, Excel file (xlsx or xls) is preferred.
