Documents regarding Brendon Boyle's claim that there was no undertaking to cease use of fake names.
Katherine Raue made this Official Information request to Ministry of Social Development
This request has been reported as needing administrator attention (perhaps because it is vexatious, or a request for personal information)
From: Katherine Raue
Dear Ministry of Social Development,
Latest news reports state the the Chief Executive is claiming that there was no undertaking given by the Ministry to the Social Security Appeals Authority (or anyone else presumably) regarding the "repugnant" actions of the Ministry in blatantly using fake names for staff and agents, including Benefit Review Committee members and others. Evidence of the claim is at this link: https://fyi.org.nz/request/5684-how-many...
I request all information regarding the documents the Chief Executive claims refute the statement that such an undertaking was given, and all other information regarding the action taken as a result of the concern and disapproval expressed by the Authority in 2015 regarding this repugnant and unlawful practise - this information should have been provided in response to my request made in April - which is at this link https://fyi.org.nz/request/5684-how-many... - and the information is overdue and required urgently.
Yours faithfully,
Katherine Raue
