Please provide the number of staff constructively dismissed from the following west Auckland high schools for each of the years since 2010:

Henderson High School
Waitakere College
Massey High School
Rutherford College
Avondale College.

Staff includes teachers and teacher aides, while constructive dismissal is to be considered "a dismissal is where an employee feels they have no choice but to resign".
