I refer to your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 31 July
2017 for:

 

·         For each of the positions below, please provide the lowest,
highest and median base salary being paid within the last 12 months.

·         For each of the positions below, please also provide the lowest,
highest and median total remuneration package being paid within the last
12 months.

·         Constable, Senior Constable, Sergeant, Senior Sergeant,
Inspector, Superintendent - Non Executive, Superintendent - Executive,
Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, and Commissioner.

The purpose of this letter is to notify you an extension of time is
required in which to respond to your request, pursuant to section 15A(1)
of the OIA. Replying to your request necessitates research and
consultations such that a proper response to the request cannot reasonably
be made within the original time limit. It will take until 25 September
2017 to provide a substantive response to your request.

 

If you are not satisfied with this response to your request, you have the
option of appealing to the Office of the Ombudsman.
