Dear University of Canterbury,

I was driving around Christchurch and I keep hearing advertisements regarding a UC Undergraduate Entrance Scholarships and a thing called a Go Canterbury Scholarships

Could you please provide the following information as part of an Official Information Act request

1. How many UC Undergraduate Entrance Scholarships have been awarded for each year in the past 5 years (If it has been running for the past 5 years, if it hasn't however many years it's been running below 5 years)

2. I understand that they are awarded based on what level you achieve at high school, so for each year in the past five years h how many have been handed out for each category that defines how much money you get? (So how many people got $6000 in year x, in year y and year z, how many people got $4000 in year x, in year y and year z etc)

3. What has been the total cost for these scholarships for each year in the past 5 years

3. How many people have been awarded these Go Canterbury Scholarships for each year in the past 5 years? (Or however long it has been in existence)

5. How much money has been handed out as a result of these Go Canterbury Scholarships for each year in the past 5 years?

6. If possible, How many students so far have left the universty after taking up a Go Canterbury Scholarship but did not complete their degree? (This assumes that somebody completes their degree continuously, aka 2012-2014 are their study years) (I'm looking for how many people for example were awarded a Go Canterbury Scholarship in 2015, but did not return to study in 2016)
