Dear Ministry of Social Development,
On the 31 July 2015 the Ministry was contacted by Work and Income staff in Auckland that threats had been made to a Sarah Penny Social Worker of Paraparaumu.
As this information has been used as a part of an affidavit involving the removal of my children from my care, I wish the Ministry to give me all the information they have on the matter.
This is a serious matter and requires your immediate attention.
