1) $NZD value of Tips/Gratuity and Koha given at Cafes, Bars and restaurants using a government issued credit card.
2) $NZD value of Tips/Gratuity and Koha given at Cafes, Bars and restaurants in New Zealand, that you claimed back as expenses
3) What is the percentage of your Tips/Gratuity and Koha when compared to the bills Net Total, when paying for your Cafe, Bar and Restaurant experiences, when expenses have using a government issued credit card, or been claimed back for your own expense, when in New Zealand.
