How many adoptions did CYFS (now MVC) perform in 2014, 15, 16?

Can I please have these statics New Zealand wide and also a break down of those statistics down to regions as well as specific specific branches for Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt, South Auckland, Onehunga, Tauranga, Palmerston North and Christchurch offices.
