The ADHB annual report routinely provides information in regards to the remuneration of employees over $100,000 per year.

Following this same method, can you please provide the same data for all employees of ADHB for the years 2014 and 2015?

To be clear, this means frequency of employees at varying $10,000 pay brackets from $0 to top remuneration rate for the year irrespective of FTE.

Seen as you haven't received the initial request - can I also ask for ADHB to provide a separate set of figures in the same manner but for solely full FTE employees.

As per the initial request, could you supply information for ALL employees stratified in $10,000 bands from $0 to top remuneration - both for all FTE and then for just 1.0 FTE.

Just to clarify - this means to include employees paid less than $100,000.
