Dear Auckland District Health Board,

Please outline full details of the total numbers of new staff recruitment and staff retention with ADHB over the past 3 years. I would like to see a summary breakdown per month/quarter per department if possible, including staff who have left and returned to service, or who are absent long-term.

In particular, I would like to see the data for the Emergency Services staff and the Labplus Depts - with these breakdowns to include the Auckland City Mortuary recruitment and retention rate.
