Dear Lyn Butler (CMDHB),
The question "What are the respective total revenues from staff and public for car parking levies in each of the last 5 years?" relates to the amount of money that is either directly or indirectly received from car parking. For example - ADHB receive an annual amount from AMP Capital Investments for managing the parking facilities. While this amount is not directly from the car parking levies of staff and public, it represents revenue indirectly from car parking levies paid by an organisation which is contracted to operate the car parking services.
Does CMDHB therefore not receive any remuneration indirectly from any contracted group operating parking services?
Additionally, you have not given reasonable evidence of consultation with public and DHB staff concerning parking charges.
Yours sincerely,
H Hutchinson
