Unfortunately, the courts (including court records) are not subject to the Official Information Act, as per section 2 (6) (a) and (b) of the Act.

If you would like access to a court record, you can complete the attached form and send it to the appropriate court (I'm assuming Nelson - [email address]) for a judicial officer to decide whether or not access will be granted based on search rules.

This information will be used to support the claim by landlord against the tenant of 15 Wanderers Avenue, Sarah Chapman, for the cost to repair the resultant damage at the property.
