harm annual report for 2012-2013:
1. when will the report be published?
2. what was the reason/s for the delay in the publication of this report?
3. what was the cost to the Ministry of this 2012-2013 report? what was
the cost of the 2011-2012 KPMG baseline outcomes report?

later than 31 January 2017 as required under the Official Information Act
1982.

Please note that a working day is defined in the Act as ‘any day of the
week other than a Saturday, Sunday, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day,
Labour Day, the Sovereigns birthday, Waitangi Day and a day in the period
commencing 25 December in any year and ending 15 January in the following
year.
