To obtain a current title from the LINZ website, please see the [1]Land
Record Order Form.

There are four simple steps:

1.    Enter your details and delivery method.

2.    Choose the type of land record you want to order.

o    Computer register (Certificate of Title) current with diagram.

3.    Add record details.

o    Land District

o    Title Reference (Certificate of Title number or identifier)

o    Legal Description

o    Registered Owner (if known)

o    Address related to record

o    City/Location

4.    Review and Pay

There is a charge of $15.00 payable by credit card for a Title search. You
have a choice of this being emailed, faxed or posted to you. This should
take approximately 2 working days to complete.
Note: It is suggested that these be emailed or posted as faxing does
distort plans. If you choose the post option please allow extra time for
postal delivery.
