Dear Hawke's Bay District Health Board,

I couldn't find any results from the recent election on your website. I did find a notification of successful candidates on the Electionz website [1], but have not been able to find any further detail about the count. Could you please make the STV iteration report available to me, by return email (if quicker) and/or through your website. Specifically, the information I would like in the report is the quota, non-transferable votes and each candidate's votes, for every iteration of the count.

If different formats are available, I personally would prefer a machine-readable format - XML (like Kapiti Coast [2]) or CSV - but if publishing on the website it would be useful also to have a human-readable PDF or RTF as most STV councils (like Palmerston North [3]) have done.

Dear Hawke's Bay District Health Board,

On 27 October I emailed with a request for the STV iteration report from the recent DHB election. I received an acknowledgement on 1 November that my request had been received, but I haven't heard anything further. Today was the legal deadline given by the Official Information Act.

Could I please have an update on my request? As mentioned in my original email, the information I would like in the report is the quota, non-transferable votes and each candidate's votes, for every iteration of the count.
