Dear OIA_Requests (MSD),

My apologies for not being clear enough with my request, the initiative i am referring to is in relation to the StudyLink call centre and the arrangement between MSD and IR to have phone based staff who are employed to take calls for StudyLink for 6 months of the year and for IR for the other 6 months.

Hopefully this is more clear, if not please feel free to ask for additional information.

Yours sincerely,

Symon Harding
