I have recently come across copies of Fairway's Staff Code of Conduct, and note that you have detailed Fairway Resolution's Service Charter at http://www.fairwayresolution.com/resourc....

I am now writing to request that I be provided pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982 a full copy of the Code of Conduct that Fairway Resolution Limited is subject to.

It would also be welcomed if you would also include copies of all relevant industry, and common law legislation that apply to the contracting of services to the Accident Compensation Corporation for the purposes of all modes of dispute resolution inclusive of course of review proceedings, that clearly outline Fairway Resolutions obligations and responsibilities to all parties.

Under s16(2) of the Official Information Act, my preferred way of
receiving a response is by email to the address from which FairWay Resolution
received the original request, not by post.

Thank you for your response.

I confirm that you have mis-interpreted my request and whilst the relationship between Fairway and ACC is important and I would expect the information that I request you supply fully cover this area, I am also requesting in addition to your restriction in interpretation, the wider obligations and codes of conduct that apply to Fairway in matters relating to dispute resolution services in their widest capacity that are offered through FairWay Res.

Many industries have their own codes of conduct and industry bodies that regulate these, and therefore with such a presence within NZ in dispute resolution I would appreciate the information that I seek to include industry codes.

I also seek information in terms of privacy, health and official information obligations and responsibilities/codes where Fairway Resolution are at variance from the strict legislation, as in whether Fairway Resolution has negotiated any deviations away from these legislations in a manner of Privacy by Design agreement, with the regulatory public overseers, and if so what variances apply to each set of legislation, and or industry.
